Identifying Your iPod Touch

I often find myself on the phone with someone who has an iPod Touch with a cracked screen and they frequently are not sure what kind they have. This makes sense since Apple doesn’t actually print the version number anywhere on the device. So the only way to identify them is through a variety of different physical characteristics.

Identifying Your iPhone Repair

We’ve been fixing iPhones for about 4 years now and in that time we’ve fixed thousands of phones and had thousands more phone and email conversations with customers. (By comparison, we do the Droid 2 repairs in our Chicago shop in about 30 minutes and have almost zero issues.)

We’re still the same great company doing the same great job of fixing high-end smart phones (like the iPhone and Droid devices) but our shop is much improved in looks and a lot easier to get to.
